Past Customer?
If you have ordered before with PrimaMed your details will be stored on our system. To order again all you have to do is login using your email address and password, confirm your medical details are correct and then choose your treatment.

New Customer?
If you have never ordered before you will have to fill in all the required medical details. If the questionnaire has not been filled properly there should be text in red indicating where you went wrong. Once you have successfully made your first order you will be able to login for any future orders and to review the status your order

How do I log in ?
Go to the login page, enter your email address, your password and press the submit button. If you do not know your login password then please follow the link "Forgot your password?" enter your email address and your password will be sent to your email address. Alternatively you can contact a member of the customer support team with the live web chat. Or by phone and they will be happy to help.

How to select your order?
Go to the order now page, the select the condition you would like to buy a treatment for (for example; impotence, hair-loss, or weight-loss). The treatments will appear below. Choose your preferred treatment, dose and size by checking the appropriate box. You can select more than one treatment. To confirm your selection and continue press the "Send" button at the bottom. You will then be taken to the shopping basket with your order selection presented. From this page you can either return to the order page to add another treatment to your shopping basket. Or you can proceed to the payment page.

What are the benefits of login and using the secure area?
Your medical details are stored on our system. By logging in you can place an order quickly by simply all you need do is select your order and confirm you medical details have not changed. You can change your medical details and your personal details on our system and also view your order history, see the status of your order and retrieve the postal tracking code.

Can I log in before I order?
You can not log in until you have ordered. Once you have ordered with us you will be given login details and you will be able to login to the secure members area.

Can the delivery address and billing address be different
Yes, we will be happy to send your order to a different address from than the billing address. When you make your order with us the first address you insert along with your medical details is your delivery address. At the end of your order when you arrive at the payment page the delivery address will be automatically filled in but you can change this if it needs to be different. Changing your delivery address will not affect the delivery address.

Are my credit card details secure?
We have made every effort to make sure that our system is secure and your credit card details are not stored on our site. Our system has been verified as secure by Geo Trust, and all card details and medical details are passed through our 128 bit secured server. What happens once I submit my order?
Once you place your order your details will be checked over by our doctor.

If you are accepted for treatment
Once you are approve you for treatment he will write the prescription and send it to the pharmacy where it will be fulfilled and dispatched to you the same day using the Delivery method you specified. If you require any further information about your condition or the treatments you can contact us and one of our customer service team will be happy to help or you can email the doctor directly.

The doctor may also require more information to grant a prescription if this is the case we will contact you to gather the appropriate information.

Treatment is declined by the doctor
The doctor may also declined a prescription as he may feel that an online consultation is not sufficient to grant a prescription. Under these circumstances the doctor will give you his recommendations and your order will be refunded in full.
