When will my order arrive?
Please refer to our 'Delivery Times' schedule. Normally your order will be dispatched by same day delivery providing you place your order by 2pm CET. All delivery are guaranteed and fully insured and your order will be given a unique tracking number. Return to top of page
Will I have to sign for it?
All orders must be signed for it is only in this way that we can guarantee that the order arrives at its destination and for it to be insured. The order can be signed for by anyone at the delivery address. If there is no one there to receive the parcel the post man will leave a note indicating that a delivery had been attempted with information as to where you can collect the parcel or how you can have it redelivered later at your convenience. What if it doesn't arrive?
Please contact our customer support team via email chat or by telephone, if your erectile dysfunction treatments or any other treatments don't arrive, we will be happy to help see what the problem is. Return to top of page
What will the package look like?
The medicine will be dispatched in tamper-proof discreet packaging. There is no indication on the outside of the package as to what is inside. As well as the medicine, the package will contain information explaining the usage, dose and precautionary information for the medicine.

What if I am unable to be at home when Post man attempts delivery?
The postal company will leave a calling card instructing you to collect from your local sorting office or alternatively, rearranging for delivery at a convenient time to you.
